If you want the ultimate heartiness to your food-loving soul, you can’t do any better than have a meal of tender juicy meat piled on a plate, just melting in your mouth like butter... and I am going to tell you just how you can maintain that lovely juiciness packed in your meat.
Nothing’s more disappointing than a meat that’s served dry and bland. That alone is enough to make one miserable for the whole day. I mean, have you ever watched those food ads where a Chef’s just cutting into a meat, and it just looks so luscious and sinfully juicy? And all you can do is just stare at your screen in longing because you can’t have a bite of that meat? Well, who says you can’t be your own Meat Master? Here’s how it should be done.
Get your favorite cut meat, get your pan hot. Once the meat hits the pan, you should hear it sizzle. Just like how we humans need some peace and privacy, let the meat cook totally undisturbed. Now here’s the key point, stop whatever you are doing right now and pay attention. It’s so important to allow your meat to rest before cutting into it.

To prevent it from losing its juiciness, place it directly on top of an aluminum foil after removing it from your stove or grill. Then carefully wrap the meat in the foil and let it sit for approximately 5 minutes. When you let it rest, it allows for the juices to be reabsorbed into the fibers of the meat. Skipping the resting part means you will lose more flavorful juices when the meat is cut. Think about us humans napping, we get a little agitated when someone disturbs our nap—it’s kind of a similar analogy. So, do let that meat rest.
Once the waiting is done, get your knife, slice the meat, and voilà! Just overall a good cut of meat that is juicy, tender, loaded with flavor and has a ton of love in it.
